Critical text
Against the imposed codes of a reductionist logic, appealing to our muting abilities and to our idealistic essence... Almost a decade now since Alonso's last film: Jauja, and almost 25 years since his debut with Freedom. With Eureka he fascinates once again and takes the stand as one of the few contemporary creators capable of trascending the limits of cinema and, therefore, of the respresentation of existence in images and sounds, walikng us through trails we could have never imagined.
